Age Verification Policy

All products sold on this site contain nicotine, an age-restricted substance. It's a criminal offence under UK law to sell vaping products to anyone under 18, or for an adult to buy them on someone else's behalf. We operate a Challenge 25 policy and verify age before any order is accepted.

The Law Behind This Policy

Under the Nicotine Inhaling Products (Age of Sale and Proxy Purchasing) Regulations 2015, it's illegal to sell vaping products to anyone under 18 anywhere in the UK, and illegal for an adult to buy them for someone under 18 (proxy purchasing). We apply a Challenge 25 standard to every order, trade or retail — asking for ID from anyone who appears to be under 25.

How We Verify Age

At checkout

You must confirm you're 18 or over before completing an order, regardless of order size.

On delivery

Couriers may require an adult signature and photo ID, especially for first-time customers.

Trade accounts

Businesses must confirm they're legally permitted to sell age-restricted vaping products.

Accepted Forms of ID

  • A valid passport
  • A UK photo driving licence
  • A PASS-accredited proof-of-age card
  • A military identification card

If Age Can't Be Verified

If you can't confirm you're 18 or over at checkout, the order can't be placed. If a courier can't verify age or obtain a valid signature on delivery, the parcel won't be left and will be returned to us — including for trade orders sent to a business address.

Proxy purchasing Buying vaping products on behalf of someone under 18 — as a favour or as part of a trade order later resold to a minor — is a criminal offence under UK law. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where we reasonably suspect this.

Your Data

Age verification checks confirm you meet the legal minimum; we don't collect or store more personal information than is needed to do this. See our Privacy Policy for full detail.

Yes. This is proxy purchasing and is a criminal offence under the Nicotine Inhaling Products (Age of Sale and Proxy Purchasing) Regulations 2015.

Yes. Trade accounts must confirm they are legally entitled to sell age-restricted vaping products before ordering, and are still subject to the same checkout and delivery verification as retail orders.

The parcel won't be left. It will be returned to us, and we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery once age can be verified.

It's a legal requirement. UK regulations require sellers of vaping products to have age verification in place for online sales, not just a tickbox confirming the buyer is over 18.
